Hosting Policies and SLA's

Hosting Services General Terms and Conditions. This Hosting Services Agreement is the controlling document for all Customer’s purchase and use of all Hosting Services and facilities, including but not limited to Web Hosting Services, Dedicated Server Hosting Services, Data Backup Services and the Server Colocation Hosting Services.

Acceptable Use Policy. This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of Managed Data Solutions hosting services as described in the Hosting Services General Terms and Conditions.

Customer Privacy Statement. This Customer Privacy Statement outlines the information Managed Data Solutions will collect and how we will use that information for our Hosting Customers. This Statement will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information that is electronically collected or shared by MDS.

NOC Access Control Policy. Access to the Managed Data Solutions Network Operation Center(s) is restricted, and is governed by this NOC Access Control Policy. This policy defines the physical security, integrity, and access to any hardware housed in a Managed Data Solutions, LLC, NOC. No other document, policy or action shall serve to define or deviate from this policy.

Hosting Services SLA. This Service Level Agreement is for our Web Hosting Service, Multiple Domain Hosting Service, Server Colocation Hosting Service and Dedicated Server Hosting Services and is a part of the complete Customer Agreement as defined in the Hosting Services General Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

Computer Data Backup SLA. This Service Level Agreement is for our online Computer Data Backup Service. MDS will receive data file transmissions from you the customer containing electronic computer data as designated by the customer. This agreement is a part of the complete Customer Agreement as defined in the Hosting Services General Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.

Customer Account Application. For use by customers that wish not to transmit any personal information via our secure pages.
