Hosting Services General Terms and Conditions: This hosting services agreement is the controlling document for all customers purchasing, payment and use of all hosting services provided by Managed Data Solutions.

Acceptable Use Policy: This acceptable use policy describes the prohibited uses of the Managed Data Solutions services provided, network abuse, and remedies.

NOC Access Agreement: Access to the Managed Data Solutions network operations center is restricted and is access is governed by this agreement as executed by the customer.

Hosting Services SLA: This service level agreement outlines our network availability standards and our scheduled maintenance schedules for our hosting servers and our network.

Customer Open Account Application: This form is for customers wishing to establish open account status with Managed Data Solutions for any service that we provide. This document is only available via the Get PDF button on the left.
